SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When a message is displayed in the SBWP transaction or the SO01 transaction
the preview window only shows a white blank page, and when the message is displayed on full screen
then the complete screen is a white blank page.
This is how a message would be previewed normally:
