3706837 - Recommend People for New Hires search doesn't work - Onboarding

The search bar for the task Recommend People for New Hires states "there were no results".

1. Navigate to Onboarding Dashboard
2. Select candidate who has the task Recommend People for New Hires
3. Open the task
4. Click on the dropdown, within the "Search all employees" textbox
5. System will state "There were no results"

Expected behaviour

For the people search to work, there has to be information input within the search bar, such as a letter or a name. In case there isn't any information given within the search bar, the system will throw an error.
