- Have Business Service Management Configured with event actions (email notification) in SAP Cloud ALM
- Scheduled a maintenance service for system
- The Event has been created and reflecting in our Event Calendar of Business Service Management page
- Received an email from Business Service Management that the activity has been completed and another email for post-processing activity also being completed
- Does SAP update the Business Service Management according to the timeline of the scheduled event or it will be updated after the completion of activity?
