3706948 - Document type is not mandatory in transaction ABIFL after upgrading to S/4HANA

Symptom

In the ECC system, the document type field is mandatory in transaction ABIFL.

Following the upgrade from ECC to the S/4HANA system, the document type field is no longer mandatory in transaction code ABIFL. However, if the document type is not specified in the corresponding transaction type configuration and is also not entered on the ABIFL input screen, the system will issue error message F5814: "Document type not defined".
