3707090 - Permission role not working as expected on on levels down - 2H2025

Managers cannot see data in Latest People Profile for which they are granted RBP (job info, personal info, comp info) on summary card for their direct reports’ reports.

It’s working as expected when viewing their direct reports only, the issue is viewing direct reports reports.

The summary card shows ‘there’s nothing to show yet’ with the history icon still available

1. Proxy as manager with 'All Levels Down' permission within permission role.
2. View direct report's Job Information > works as expected.
3. View direct reports report Job Information > 'there's nothing to show yet' message.

Known defect.

The issue is related to period-restricted access settings. 

A code correction has been created to fix this issue, which will be delivered in 1H2026.

Workaround:

Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings and review the following options:

-> Enable Period-Restricted Access for Managers

-> Enable Period-Restricted Access for Job Relationships

-> Enable Period-Restricted Access for Permission Groups

Please temporarily disable these options until the fix is delivered.
