3707148 - Why am I unable to create custom groups using the import/export task in a standalone SAP Ariba Sourcing realm?

Symptom

1. Attempt to create a custom group using import/export task fails.
2. Import Group/User Relationships task does not create custom groups but only maps users to existing groups.

Receiving the below error:

Lookup failed for ariba.user.core.Group with lookup keys: UniqueName, Data: {UniqueName=File "AllGroup_Export.csv" (line [ LINE NUMBER ], column UniqueName): '[ GROUP NAME ] '}
