Symptom
- The CHECK_BSN_FORMAT method in class CL_HR_NL_BSN_MANAGER throws an exception when a Dutch Citizen Number (BSN) starts with the digits 8 or 9.
- The error message displayed is: "The first digit of the CSN (BSN) may not be 8 nor 9."
- This issue occurs exclusively in productive systems.
