3707300 - Employer compliance task not triggering for Corp representatives - Onboarding

• Employer compliance task configuration WTPA form is created but not triggering to representatives after the candidate completes the compliance step.
• Employer task is expected to be created and assigned to representatives but fails to occur.
• DocuSign status shows "Awaiting Signatures".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create Employer compliance task configuration WTPA form.
2. Complete the candidate compliance step.
3. Observe that the Employer compliance task is not triggered to representatives.

• Missing Job Relationship in New Hire's data.
• DocuSign status remains in "Awaiting Signatures".

1. Verify that Job Relationship is maintained in New Hire's data.
2. Check the DocuSign status for the candidate's compliance document workflow in BPE Monitor:

a. Filter with userId=

b. Locate the unfinished Compliance Document Workflow.

c. Scroll down to verify the status of Compliance E-signature.

d. Search for Docusign envelope and copy the DocuSign envelope ID. 

e. Open Manage DocuSign envelopes - filter - add DocuSign envelope ID.

As a result you will see that DocuSign status remains in "Awaiting Signatures".

To resolve:

The candidate needs to complete the E signature first. After the candidate completes E-signature, then the employer has to complete it.
