Overview
SAP Commerce Cloud is migrating the Cloud Portal from BTP Neo to Kyma runtime (planned completion: March 2026). As part of this migration, the API token capability is being replaced with a new Technical User Management feature for improved security and manageability.
During the migration to Kyma runtime, only the Cloud Portal itself will experience downtime. Your SAP Commerce Cloud environments and applications will remain fully operational and unaffected during this transition.
This article provides access to a test environment where you can explore and test the new Technical Users functionality before the production release.
