3707379 - Outbound Delivery with Serial Number 'A' products is Goods Issued without SNs

Products with Serial Number (SN) Requirement 'A' are picked and Goods Issue (GI) is posted.
User observes that a stuck queue in SMQ2 on ECC exists with error message below:

"Only &1 serial numbers entered instead of &2
Message no. IO304"

When checking the queue container, the SNs are only partially assigned or do not exist at all in the queue.
