3707402 - Time Sheet stuck in Approval Paused status and it cannot be restarted

Symptom

  • The TS Approval is paused and next step is "Buyer needs to restart approval"
  • There is the following error on the approval level: 

Time Sheet is paused. One of the following conditions is true:
1. Approvers have no approve/reject permission for the roles defined in the approval group Time Sheet Approval
2. There is no approver with enough signature authority to approve this Time Sheet
3. There are no approvers assigned to the user role

Please have your System Administrator do the necessary changes and then restart this approval.
