3707416 - To be hired field not updated from 'Yes' to 'No' in position after MSS UI record entry

Symptom

A MSS UI (Change Job and Compensation Info) record was entered for a promotion, but the 'to be hired' field did not change from 'yes' to 'no' in the position

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter a record in MSS UI (Change Job and Compensation Info) for a promotion
  2. Observe that the 'to be hired' field in the position does not update from 'yes' to 'no'

Resolution

The 'to be hired' information will not be adapted even if changes are later made via MSS UI, when the Position was assigned previously via Job Information History
