3707510 - Certain file extensions cannot be downloaded from File Management or Additional Files in SAP CPQ

• Files uploaded to File Management / Additional Files can be referenced and displayed through links in Quote tables or templates, but some file types cannot be downloaded successfully.
• The issue may occur for specific file extensions such as:

• • .cfr
  • .text
  • Other custom or legacy file formats
    
    
• Even though:
  • The file upload succeeds
  • The generated URL is valid
  • The hyperlink is rendered correctly

         the file may fail to download or open correctly.
