• Inquiry regarding access to Compensation Statements for Alumni in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• Alumni cannot access Compensation Statements after their status changes to inactive/alumni.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Terminate an employee's access in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
2. Change the employee's status to alumni.
3. Attempt to access Compensation Statements as an alumni user.

This is System limitation

When an employee is converted to Alumni, their system access changes according to the standard Alumni role permissions. Upon activation, Alumni users are only able to view and update the following information:

• Personal Information

• Biographical Information

• Addresses

• Contact Information

• Emergency Contacts

• Dependents

• Payment Information

In addition, Alumni users can view and download the following records:

• Standard Employee Self-Service (ESS) forms (for example, U.S. Form W-2 and Superannuation forms)

• Pay statements

• Payroll and tax-related documents

The Compensation Statement is not included in the standard Alumni access. Therefore, Alumni users will not be able to view compensation statements after their status is changed to Alumni.

Note: Admins cannot access Alumni User portlets through the UI on behalf of alumni users. The Alumni Experience is designed exclusively as a self-service capability for the former employee (alumni user).
