3707611 - Enable form view in Executive review applicability for Planner modes

• Inquiry regarding whether the 'Enable Form View in Executive Review' feature is applicable for Planner modes, specifically Compensation Manager Hierarchy.

Executive Review

1. Access the Executive Review functionality in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
2. Attempt to use the 'Enable Form View in Executive Review' feature in Planner modes, including Compensation Manager Hierarchy.
3. Observe that the employees visible in Form View do not update automatically following hierarchy changes.

• The issue arises due to the design of the Form View functionality in Executive Review. Form View displays only the employees originally included in a planner’s form, regardless of subsequent hierarchy changes, while strictly enforcing Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Hierarchy changes do not automatically update the Form View unless the worksheet is refreshed or employees are manually added to the compensation form.

The Form View in Executive Review is designed to display the employees included in a planner’s form, while still enforcing Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

For example, Planner A initially has 7 employees and Planner B has 5. During a compensation cycle, one employee moves from Planner A to Planner B, but the business decides not to move employees between forms. As a result, Planner B now has 6 direct reports, but in Form View will continue to see only the original 5 employees included in their form. Similarly, Planner A now has 6 direct reports instead of 7, but in Form View will still see all 7 employees in their form.

RBP is still applied in all cases. If a hierarchy change affects permissions, Form View will reflect only the employees the planner has permission to see. For instance, if Planner A no longer has permission for one of the 7 employees in the form, they will see only 6 users in Form View.

This is the expected system behavior. If Form View is being used, RBP must be reviewed and reconfigured after hierarchy changes to ensure the desired visibility.
