Symptom

  • Users are unable to locate future-dated hires in the data replication monitor search, despite other records being visible.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Data Replication Monitor (DRM).
  2. Search for a future-dated hire by name or ID.
  3. Observe that the future-dated hire is unavailable in the search results, while other records are visible.

Cause

External users will appear in search results once the following setting is disabled: Company and Logo Settings -> Hide External Users from search results

Resolution

Go to Company and Logo Settings and uncheck "Hide External Users from search results".
