3707859 - New Trusted Authentication fails due to Legacy TrustedPrincipal.conf

Symptom

  • Trusted Authentication (Eg SAML, Query string etc) fail 
  • One of the following errors may occur during the login:
    Http Status 500-Internal Server Error on FioriBI/logon.jsp
    Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)
