3707881 - Issue with job role selection causing unresponsiveness in Performance form

• While selecting the job role while adding competencies in the performance form, the system becomes unresponsive.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals 

1. Login to the system.
2. Navigate to the Performance tab.
3. Access the relevant form.
4. Go to the section for adding competencies.
5. Select the job role from the dropdown menu.
6. Observe that the system becomes unresponsive and takes 10 to 15 seconds to display the values.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 3rd in Development and 5th Feb in Production. In case there is delay in closing the XXPI then patch timeline may be shifted, which will be updated here
