3707932 - Partner Function Values in Document Search Don't Match Document - Charm

1. The values of partner functions, like "Developer" and "Tester" in the search results for change documents don't match the values on the documents themselves.
2. The values of the partner functions is correct when using document specific searches, like Normal Change searches, but not when using Change Document search
