3708022 - Internal Recruit Page Shows No User Data When Approver try to update the workflow which is triggered from "Initiate Onboarding from the Job Requisition"

A workflow triggered when Initiate onboarding from the job requisition, when the approver login and try to click update button. Observe that no information is displayed in Internal Recruit of affected user.

• A workflow triggered when Initiate onboarding from the job requisition.
• Proxy as approver: "AAA".
• In home page click on pending approval.
• Click On update button. 
• No information is displayed in Internal Recruit of affected user.

Manage Pending Hire Permission is Missing.

Ensure that the permission manage Pending Hire is enabled under manage Permission Roles → Role → manage Hires.
