3708092 - Hiring Manager and Candidate Names Missing from Dashboard - Onboarding

Hiring Manager and Candidate names are not appearing in the dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as user.
2. Navigate to the dashboard.
3. Observe that the Hiring manager and candidate names are not visible.

The issue is caused by a permissions and target population configuration.

Current user does not have all the required permissions.

1. Employee Data -> View edit permission for First Name, Last Name, Status, Location, Job Classification fields.
2. General User Permission -> Company Info Access and User Search permissions.
3. External user as target population for the admin.
4. Employee Central API-> Enable below settings:
   Employee Central Foundation Soap API
   Employee Central HRIS SOAP API
   Employee Central Foundation OData API (read-only)
   Employee Central Foundation OData API (editable)
5. Remove Employee Export
6. Remove the "Admin access to MDF OData API" Under Metadata Framework.

NOTE: Create a separate role with only User Search and Company Info Access permissions, and setting the target population to include the relevant managers, should be enough for Hiring Manager name to be visible in dashboard.

      7. Finally perform below 2 refreshes:

• RBP Refresh from Provisioning under Company settings
• OData Metadata Refresh from application.
