Workflow initiator not receiving notifications when a supplier invoice is approved or rejected. Only when the approver is waiting for approval, the approver will receive the notification.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

This is standard system behavior. 

Notifications for supplier invoices are only pushed when the approver is awaiting for approval.

There is no logic in the code that supports push notifications to workflow initiator when a supplier invoice is approved or rejected. This scenario is not supported.
