3708203 - Manage Launchpad Spaces/Pages application - create/edit/delete functionality is disabled

Symptom

After the upgrade to version 2602, it is no longer possible to create or edit spaces and pages in the test tenant.
The functionality to manage spaces and pages directly in the test tenant is restricted.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2602

Reproducing the Issue

Access the test tenant environment.
Navigate to the "Manage Launchpad Spaces" or "Manage Launchpad Pages" application.
Attempt to create, edit, or delete spaces or pages.
Observe that the corresponding buttons for these actions are not available in the user interface.

Cause

This change was introduced with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2602.

Development system: creation, editing, and deletion of items such as spaces and pages are allowed.
Test tenant: changes are not allowed.
Production tenant: changes are not allowed.

Resolution

If the Launchpad Spaces and Pages were created in the customizing tenant, please maintain them in the customizing tenant and export them to the test tenant.
If the Launchpad Spaces and Pages were created locally in the test tenant, please download them from the test tenant and upload them in the customizing tenant for maintenance.
