• When implementing a SAP note, there is a yellow object with message "Not all corrections applied; see change display".
  
  
  
• Clicking on the yellow triangle, in the split screen editor the following can be seen:

  Delete block (not found): 
  Insert block (not inserted):
  
  
  
  
• Despite this, the context block appears in the system’s source code and corresponds to the expected code in the note.
