3708225 - Error "The valid until date &1 must be at the start of the day in the time zone of the subscription." in solution order subscription item - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

A subscription billing item is migrated with a time zone different from the current SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition in its migration template. After migration, the pricing or elements in the Price Calculation assignment block are not display in the Solution Order. The contract start time and contract end time are not shown as 00:00. Once simulating, the following errors display.

• An error occurred while simulating the subscription item.
• The valid until date &1 must be at the start of the day in the time zone of the subscription. Enter the correct time or set to 'true' the header parameter 'billing-sb-

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The simulation error was caused by the migrated time zone in the migration source data, which results in the contract start time or contract end time not started by 00:00:00. It's by design that SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system time zone is mapped to the subscriptions as of now for pricing calculation in the subscription side. Hence, it's not supported to create subscriptions in local time zone from Solution Order currently.

Adjust the contract start time and contract end time manually from UI or adjust the time zone inputted in the migration template source data to ensure the time zone is consistent with the system time zone of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
