3708255 - Error "System SID~EXT_SRV is inactive in the TMS or LMDB or is having a planned downtime" in BTP Integration Scenario - Charm

Symptom

Business Technology Platform integration is in use with Charm, and as such there are Cloud TMS systems defined in the task list. On the change cycle the following errors can be seen: 

  • "System SID~EXT_SRV is inactive in the TMS or LMDB or is having a planned downtime" (Message No. /TMWFLOW/TASKLIST226).
  • "The system SID~EXT_SRV was deactivated in the Transport Management System or LMDB, or it is in the working mode "Planned Downtime" in Work Mode Management (WMM).
  • "Execution of the task is canceled because the system SID~EXT_SRV cannot currently be reached."
