3708256 - Simulate quotes error message "Multiple valid outbound systems found for sales quote integration"

Symptom

When creating a sales quote and hitting the "Simulate" button, we receive an error message "Multiple valid outbound systems found for sales quote integration".

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Reproducing the Issue

IN SSCv2

  1. Create/open a sales quote. 
  2. Click the "Simulate" button.
  3. Check the error message "Multiple valid outbound systems found for sales quote integration".

Cause

Non-relevant quote simulation outbound configuration caused the error.

In SSCv2,

  1. Go to "Settings".
  2. Go to "All Settings" tab.
  3. Under Integration tab, go to "Communication Configuration".
  4. Search for the respective "Communication Configuration".
  5. Observe that there is a duplicated outbound configuration.

Resolution

Deleting the non-relevant quote simulation outbound configuration resolved the issue.
