3708306 - Custom MDF Object not available for selection when creating a Card in Latest People Profile

• A custom MDF object cannot be added to a new card in Configure Latest People Profile.
• The same custom MDF object is already added to another card.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to "Configure Latest People Profile" 
2. Under "Full Profile", select any category 
3. Click "Add Card"
4. Select "Custom MDF Object" and click "Apply"
5. In the "Object Name" field, note that the required custom MDF object is not available for selection.

The custom MDF object is already used in another card, either in the same category or in a different category. Custom MDF objects can only be assigned to one card at a time and cannot be added to multiple cards or categories simultaneously.

If the card containing the custom MDF object is located in another category, move the card to the desired category:

1. Go to Configure Latest People Profile.
2. Under Full Profile, locate the category that currently contains the card with the custom MDF object.
3. Find the card and click the three-dot icon (...).
4. Select Move to Another Category.
5. From the drop-down list, choose the target category.
6. Save the changes.
