3708355 - Error “MDRO Instance is not Active” During Attachment Extraction Run

Symptom

While executing the Attachment Extraction Run for Run ID XYZ, the system displays the error:
"MDRO instance is not active"

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Application and User Management Work Center.
  2. Navigate to Attachment Extraction Run View.
  3. Search for the affected Run ID.
  4. Select Schedule and choose Start Immediately.
  5. Select Save and Close.
    Error "MDRO instance is not active" occurs.

Cause

The error occurs because Run ID XYZ has not been activated and is currently in "In Preparation" status.

Resolution

Activate the Attachment Extraction Run by following the below steps:

  1. Go to the Application and User Management Work Center.
  2. Open the Attachment Extraction Run View.
  3. Search and open the Run ID XYZ.
  4. Click on "Set to Active" option to make the Run Active.
