Cause

Currently, scope item 6V9 available for early adoption customers in the United Kingdom.

Resolution

This scope item is restricted because SAP SuccessFactors Payroll is not yet in general availability. It is only available for Early Adopter customers and for United Kingdom country. The development is planning to to include US by the end of Q2 2026 (quarter/date may change).

Note that this solution process is only relevant for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, not for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
