3708401 - IAS as proxy and Microsoft Entra ID as Corporate IdP : Email attribute

Symptom

  • You want combine email claim from Microsoft Entra and from IAS directory
  • After setting the SSO configuration between an OIDC BTP application and Microsoft Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID (SAML) using SAP Cloud Identity Service as proxy, it is found that some users are able to logon without problems and others are not able to logon.
