3708430 - Error/warning when creating activity in Goals through Performance Form

• An error occurs when the Direct Manager attempts to create a Linked Activity, displaying an error message "Something went wrong and your changes could not be saved. Would you like to try again?"
• These issues are observed under the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Proxy as Manager
2. Go to CPM > Create activity for the Direct report (E)> Successfully created
3. Open Performance Form of the subject
4. Go to Objective section > select any objective > + Create Activity
5. Create activity > error shows: Something went wrong and your changes could not be saved. Would you like to try again?

Engineering team confirmed the fix for this issue will be deployed on 1H 2026 Release.

Workaround:

• Let Direct Manager create activity for E from CPM page.
