Symptom

The Maintain Email Templates app (F1306) is no longer available, as it has been deprecated in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition 2508.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Fiori apps library.
  2. Search for Maintain Email Templates app (F1306).
  3. Select SAP S/AHANA Public Cloud / 2508.
  4. The following message appears:
Status: Deprecated for selected release version.

Cause

  • The Maintain Email Templates app is deprecated as of 2502 and will be deleted from the SAP Fiori launchpad in 2508.
  • The deprecated app may no longer be available by default on the SAP Fiori launchpad. 

Resolution

  • The app is available in the app Finder until it is deleted. To be able to find the app Finder:
  1. Log on into the system.
  2. Click in Profile.
  3. Select App Finder.
  4. Search for Maintain email templates.
  5. 2 apps will appear: The Deprecated and the new version.
  • We recommend to switch to the successor app Maintain Email Templates as soon as possible.
