3708507 - BI Platform CMC/BI URL not working when using TLS/SSL for HTTPS

• HTTPS links to BI Launchpad and CMC fail to open, while non-secure links with port 8080 work.
• "This site can’t be reached" when accessing secure HTTPS link with port 8443.
