3708513 - ESI - Dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X_TEXT after performing SRT_ADMIN configuration

Symptom

The MESSAGE_TYPE_X_TEXT dump in the system occurs after performing the SRT_ADMIN configuration.
The issue is causing continuous generation of ST22 dumps.
