3708514 - Error during order simulation due to city name exceeding character limit in master data

On C4C side you are facing the error message: "An internal error occurred. For error details, check MPL ID ABC in message monitoring or use the URL XXX. The pricing request cannot be processed in the external system." ( "ABC" represents a generic ID, and "XXX" represents a generic URL).

On the ERP system, the error message is "Data loss occurred when converting "DEF"" ("DEF" represents the city name).

1. Navigate to an order 12345 ("12345" represents a generic order). 
2. Click "Simulate".
3. Observe the error message: "An internal error occurred. For error details, check MPL ID ABC  in message monitoring or use the URL XXX. The pricing request cannot be processed in the external system".

The error occurs because the city name maintained in some master data exceeds the maximum character limit of 15 characters.

Adjust the city name to fit within the maximum character limit of 15 characters.
