Symptom

Any SCORM content is failing when importing them:

java.lang.Exception: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""
    at com.plateausystems.elms.framework.jobscheduling.impl.ContentDeploymentLocationBackgroundJob.execute(...)
    ...
Caused by: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""
    at java.lang.Long.parseLong(...)
    at com.plateausystems.elms.bo.contentimport.impl.ContentImportServiceImpl.publishCourseUpdateEventForContentImport(ContentImportServiceImpl.java:450)
    at com.plateausystems.elms.bo.contentimport.impl.ContentImportServiceImpl.importContent(ContentImportServiceImpl.java:430)
