The error message "The amount or percentage of price element &1 cannot be changed." appears immediately after the subscription item is released in a solution order.

Condition types in solution orders integrated with Subscription Billing System need to be set as changeable. This is the system design, as the condition value needs to synchronize with the Subscription Billing System. The error occurs because the "Amount/Percent" under the "Changes which can be made" section of the corresponding condition type is unchecked, preventing synchronization with Subscription Billing System.

1. Navigate to the configuration activity "Set Condition Types for Pricing" (ID: 101120) and open the corresponding condition type details.
2. Check the "Amount/Percent" option under the "Changes which can be made" section.
3. Check the "Amount/Percent" checkbox if is not checked and save the change.
