3708571 - VRP worksheet data display as blank but the adhoc report can fetch the previous value

Symptom

When the employee history record is deleted after worksheet is launched, followed by bonus calculation and mass update of worksheet, then the compensation entry in worksheet is displayed as ineligible (greyed out in worksheet). However, in the adhoc reports (e.g. bonus payout summary report), the data for columns of the ineligible entry still displays the same value as before employee history record deletion.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release which will be deployed to production on 15th May, 2026.

Workaround

Exporting the bonus payout summary report from executive review page, which will limit the ineligible employee entries.
