Symptom
- Candidate unable to complete the e-signature step during onboarding process.
- Error message displayed: "Looks something went wrong."
- Click to Sign does not work while using e-Signatures for forms.

Reproducing the Issue
- Login Onboardee page.
- Proceed to the e-signature step.
- Click "Click to Sign" button.
- Observe the error message "Looks something went wrong."
Cause
- The issue is caused by non-Unicode characters contains in the signature.
- The issue is with Hiring Manager or the user who is signing the form, their name is not in English language.
- The error occurs due to special characters in the candidate's name that were corrected during the New Hire Data Review step or Personal Data Collection step without restarting the onboarding process.
Resolution
Please confirm whether it is the same problem in Dev Tool:

Resolution:
- Restart the onboarding process for the affected candidate.
- Ensure all values, including the candidate's name, are maintained in the English language.
- Verify that no special or non-Unicode characters are present in the candidate's name or other relevant fields.
- Then try to sign it and it will work.
