3708785 - GL Accounts not created after click "Complete Action" when using excel upload in Manage Operating Charts of Accounts - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When trying to create GL accounts using excel upload functionality in app Manage Operating Charts of Accounts, the GL accounts are not successfully created even after click "Complete Action".

No errors shown in the job log.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app Manage Operating Charts of Accounts
2. Upload G/L accounts excel template and click "Complete Action"
3. G/L accounts not created

Duplicate entries in G/L account upload template.

Although the upload log shows success, having the same G/L number multiple times can lead to conflicts. The system might skip or ignore these duplicate records, causing accounts to not be created properly.

Remove the duplicate records and re-upload the excel again to create G/L accounts.
