3709021 - S/4HANA Cash Management : System behavior discrepancy when uploading bank statements for accounts with different closing Status

• The system allows uploading a bank statement for a bank account with status 15 "Closed" using FF_5, even though the account is closed.
• The system prevents uploading a bank statement for a bank account with status 11 "Closed at Bank" using FF_5, displaying the error message FB736: "Bank account management has no entry with bank key and account number."
• The discrepancy in system behavior is considered illogical, as status 15 and 11 both represents  bank account closure.
