3709050 - Notification of Transition to Optimized Experience popup appearing when logging on to SAC tenant

When logging on to your SAP Analytics Cloud tenant after QRC1 2026 (2026.02) has been applied to it, you get a popup about the transition to Optimized Experience

You want to know which of your users will get this warning and can this warning screen be prevented from being displayed.

• SAP Analytics Cloud Version 2026.02 (2026 QRC1)

This popup is by design and will appear to all users who have edit rights.  Users who do not have edit rights to stories, analytical applications, or Data Analyzer Insights should not get this alert.

This popup cannot be prevented from being displayed to end users and there is no option to disable it from being displayed on the first logon after the QRC patch.

Note: There is currently a issue where users who do not have edit rights are also seeing this popup.  Development is aware of this issue and is working on a fix for it.
