3709089 - The "Submitted on" field appears empty on the Home page for Job Requisition Approvals

The "Submitted on" field  appears empty on the Home page for Job Requisition Approvals.
That field is supposed to show a date.

Misconfiguration in the translation of the KEY:
UXRHP_SVC_COMMON_APPROVAL_SUBMITTED_ON

1. Access Admin Centre > Manage Languages
2. Click on the locale where the problem has been observed, for example "en_GB" under the "Custom Translation" column
3. Search for KEY: "UXRHP_SVC_COMMON_APPROVAL_SUBMITTED_ON"
4. Ensure the translation contains the argument {0} at the end.
   For example, it should be something like this: "Submitted on {0}"
5. check the same for other languages

"Submitted on" , Home page, Job Requisition Approvals , KBA , LOD-SF-RCM-JOB , Job Postings & Requisitions , Problem
