• Field "Effective From" is missing in the benefit quick card;
• Other fields such as "Request date" and "Effective end date" are visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to the employee profil;
2. Go to the benefit overview and select benefits;
3. Verify that all the enrollments have the "Effective From" field visible;
4. Click on the quick card to view the enrollment;
5. Observe that the "Effective From" field is not visible in the quick card.

Expected behavior.

This behavior is due to a long-standing design limitation. The current code has been in place for a considerable time, and there is no planned timeline for enhancement at this moment.
