3709183 - Error: "Shipping readiness cannot be changed &. Delivery status is invalid." in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The "Ready For Shipping" status on an outbound delivery order cannot be reversed in Manage Outbound Delivery Orders or the Warehouse Monitor app.

The system times out when attempting the reversal.
The following error messages are displayed:
- "Object type for document category could not be determined"
- "Shipping readiness cannot be changed for &. Delivery status is invalid."
