3709339 - Time Statement Form Displays Only One Time Valuation Result When Results are Split by Cost Center

When time valuation results are split due to different cost center assignments, the time statement form reports only one of the entries. Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

1. The employee records two overtime entries on March 9, each with a different cost center:
   
   • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Cost Center A
   • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Cost Center B
2. In manage data, the Time Valuation Result is split into two entries, due to different cost center assignments. 
   The total Time Valuation result is 4 hours.
   
3. Generate the time statement form for the employee.
4. Observe that only one of the valuation entries is reported, resulting in 2 hours instead of the expected 4 hours.

This is a known system limitation. Currently, the time statement form can capture only one entry per day when multiple cost centers are assigned.

The issue will be fixed in the 2605 release for both preview and production environments.
