When trying to use geo-fencing on mobile gives an error for the user on both Android and iOS

Reproducing the Issue
- Enable Geo-fencing for CICO Time tracking
- A large amount of geo-fences are active and they contain duplicates
- Try to clock using SF mobile
- Error received
