3709381 - CICO Geofences on mobile sometimes generate an error that the service is not available

Symptom

When trying to use geo-fencing on mobile gives an error for the user on both Android and iOS

The Geofence service is currently unavailable and some Clock Time options assigned to you may be disabled.
Please try again later.

Environment

  • Successfactors Employee Central
  • Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable Geo-fencing for CICO Time tracking
  2. A large amount of geo-fences are active and they contain duplicates
  3. Try to clock using SF mobile
  4. Error received
