3709436 - Wrong Email is picked-up when Order Address number(OA) and Vendor Number(VN) are same.

Symptom

- A Business Partner with the same Vendor Number and Ordering Address number,  the email address maintained in OA is not picked up.
- However, for a Business Partner with different VN and OA numbers, the email address maintained in the selected OA is picked up correctly.
