What does the “Final Form” date in the Job Requisition Audit Trail represent?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open any job requisition.
2. Click the Info icon to display the Audit Trail.
3. Observe the "Final Form" date in the audit entries.

The "Final Form" date represents the Form Due Date for the job requisition approval process.

• For Job Requisitions created from Recruiting: The Form Due Date is manually entered on the Short Requisition Create Page.
• For Job Requisitions created from Position Org Chart: The system calculates the Form Due Date based on the configuration in Admin Center -> Form Template Settings.
  
  

Editing the Form Due Date:

If the "formDueDate" field is defined and permissioned in the Job Requisition template, approvers can modify the Form Due Date directly on the Job Requisition page during the approval process.

Once the requisition is fully approved, the field becomes read‑only, regardless of permissions.

Customizing the Label Translation:

To customize the translation of the "Final Form" label, use Manage Languages tool to update the message key: AUDIT_TRIAL_completed
